This bar is really a coffee bar, not a chocolate bar. We grind lightly roasted coffee beans from Costa Rica’s Naranjo region to make a bar with all the smooth texture of chocolate but without adding any cacao beans at all. Reminiscent of café con leche served in roadside diners you’d find when traveling our countryside.
